Buyers Frequently Ask
What size pop-up canopy do I need?
Most people go with the 10x10 ft (3x3 m). Larger options include 10x15 ft (3x4.5 m), 10x20 ft (3x6 m), 13x13 ft (4x4 m), 13x19.5 ft (4x6 m) and 13x26 ft (4x8 m).
How long does a pop-up canopy last?
Normally a year or more. Lifespan depends on how it is used — harsh weather wears it faster. With proper care, the frame lasts up to 3 years; when the fabric top wears out, you can simply replace the top.
What is your MOQ for OEM canopies?
OEM orders usually start at 100 pcs and range up to 1,000 pcs, depending on the product and configuration. Contact us and we will confirm the exact MOQ for your item.
How does your frame stand up to wind?
Our patented wind-resistant frame structure greatly improves wind resistance.
Do you ship to the US & EU?
Yes. We export to the US and EU, with experience supplying Amazon and Walmart sellers.
Can I get a custom logo?
Yes. Both screen printing and heat transfer printing are available. Contact us for details.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is in Heshan, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. We have been in the outdoor business since 1998 — 28+ years.
What materials are your frames made of?
Steel or aluminum frames are available. We produce our own steel tubing in-house, so wall thickness and quality are fully controlled.
Are your canopies waterproof?
Yes. Our roof design drains rain away instead of letting water pool on top — the anti-ponding design is one of our core strengths.
How hard is it to set up a pop-up canopy?
The frame pops up in minutes and can be handled by one or two people. No tools are required for setup.
What certifications do you have?
Our factory is ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certified and BSCI rated.
Can you handle shipping and customs?
Yes. We regularly ship full containers to the US and EU and prepare the full export documents (CI, PL, customs declarations) for our customers.
What is your production lead time?
Regular orders are delivered in 6 weeks. Special orders are negotiable — please contact us for details.
How much wind can a 10x10 pop up canopy withstand?
It depends on the model and quality. A standard canopy is fine in light to moderate wind (around Beaufort force 2). In stronger wind, use guy ropes and leg weights. Our reinforced heavy-duty frame, with guy ropes and weights in place, can stand up to force 4 — though conditions that strong are rare, and such frames cost more.
How much does a commercial grade canopy cost?
Commercial canopies are built heavy. Wholesale factory prices start at around $40+ per unit, depending on size and configuration.
Steel or aluminum frame — which should I choose?
Near the sea, choose aluminum to avoid fast rusting. For home use, a steel frame gives the best value. For commercial use, choose aluminum — its rust resistance gives it a lifespan of 2+ years.
What accessories and replacement parts do you offer?
We supply ground pegs, guy ropes and sandbags. We do not produce solid iron weights — those are easy to buy locally.
Which size should I choose for my event?
It depends on the scale and setting of your event. For staff shade at events, the standard 3x3 m (10x10 ft) is the most common choice.
